I am a software developer with a passion for backend development. I am currently a rising junior at Harvey Mudd College, and I have a strong interest in the intersection of CS and climate science.
I am currently working as a developer for WasteWise: a startup dedicated to making proper waste disposal easier.

Experience
An industry project we used a large language model (LLM) to generate SQL queries from natural language questions. For example, given a question like “What were our top-selling products in May at our New York store?”, the model produces the correct SQL query.
- Spearheaded the development of a Large Language Model (LLM) facilitating database querying through natural language, enhancing accessibility and user experience.
- Engineered Docker container configurations integrated with PostgreSQL and Python, optimizing data management and query efficiency.
- Collaborated with peers in debugging processes, offering innovative solutions that significantly advanced project efficiency.
I worked as an Software Engineering Intern at LNL3D Solutions.
- Developed a G-code program ensuring uninterrupted printing in a dual-head 3D printer, demonstrating meticulous documentation and testing for effectiveness.
- Provided technical support to team members, conducting troubleshooting and debugging to maintain project momentum.
I worked as the Computer Coodinator for This Ability Foundation, an Los Angeles based organization dedicated to empowering the lives of individuals with disabilities.
- Designed and delivered weekly lessons on essential computer skills, empowering individuals with disabilities to master email proficiency, graphic design, and coding.
- Improved website accessibility through the implementation of web development skills, resulting in a 25% increase in online traffic for This Ability Foundation.
I am currently working as the lead developer for WasteWise, a startup dedicated to making proper waste disposal easier.
- Developed a mobile app using React Native, Expo, Google Firebase, and JavaScript that allows users to scan items for disposal and directs them to the nearest appropriate disposal center (recycling bin, hazardous waste center, compost).
- Implemented navigation and computer vision features to enhance user experience and accuracy.
- Successfully pitched the startup idea to peers, faculty, and venture capitalists.
